Service Description
Prepare for a successful hunt with complete scent elimination or restore true freshness to your camping equipment! Our advanced ozone, UV-C, and PCO process deeply neutralizes human scent, campfire smoke, musty storage odors, and other outdoor smells. We also thoroughly sanitize your gear. Drop off your items at our Washington, Iowa home office for treatment. Please select your desired service package when booking: • Gear Only: Ideal for one person's primary hunting/outdoor apparel (jacket, pants/bibs – must be laundered), one backpack or duffel, and one sleeping bag (or equivalent small fabric items like base layers, hats, gloves). No tent. • Tent Only (=<6P): For deep cleaning and deodorizing one (1) tent, up to a standard 6-person capacity. • Gear & Tent (=<6P): Our comprehensive package, treating one (1) tent (up to 6-person) PLUS the items included in our 'Gear Only' package. Important Preparation for All Items: Tents & Sleeping Bags: Must be dry, unrolled/loosely packed, and free of loose dirt, leaves, and debris. Apparel: Must be laundered prior to service to remove physical soils. Our process focuses on deep odor elimination and sanitization. All Other Gear: Ensure items are wiped down and clear of any caked-on mud or debris. We do not provide physical scrubbing, stain removal, or primary laundering of any items. Booking Notes: • The selected package price covers items as described. • For tents larger than 6-person, multiple tents, or gear for several individuals, please contact us before booking for a custom quote or to ensure correct package selection. • Remember to schedule your drop-off time. *** This service is exclusively for items dropped off and picked up at our Washington, Iowa office. ***
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Fresh Start Mobile Sanitizing & Odor Eliminator Service! To provide you with the best service and secure your dedicated appointment time, please review our booking policy: 1. Securing Your Appointment & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your appointment slot for all our services, whether at our office or your location. The specific deposit amount will be clearly indicated during the booking process and will be applied towards your final service cost. 2. Rescheduling Your Service: We understand that plans can sometimes change. You may reschedule your appointment online with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your original scheduled service time. Your non-refundable deposit will be conveniently transferred to your new appointment date. 3. Cancellations & Late Rescheduling: • All deposits are non-refundable. • If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service time, or failure to be present/provide access for a scheduled mobile service at your location, may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This is because we allocate dedicated time and resources for your booking which often cannot be refilled at short notice. 4.
