Fresh Start helps create safer, healthier, more comfortable environments for Southeast Iowa senior living communities. Our Room & Personal Aid Decontamination service tackles unique hygiene challenges, promoting resident well-being and supporting infection prevention. Select from our specialized on-site service options (choose when booking): 1. Personal Aids - Trailer Load: • Deeply sanitizes & deodorizes resident assistive equipment (wheelchair cushions, walker parts, fabric/foam aids) in our mobile ozone/PCO chamber. Reduces microbial loads, neutralizes odors. (Approx. 1 trailer load/session; ~2 hrs on-site). 2. UV-C Room Disinfection (Up to 600 sq ft): • A non-intrusive, chemical-free surface/air disinfection using our Rapid-Response UV-C Germicidal Array. Ozone-free UV-C lamps treat unoccupied rooms, inactivating pathogens like MRSA, Staph, Influenza, and SARS-CoV-2 on exposed surfaces (per CDC/EPA recognized principles). Quiet, no residue, allows quicker room re-entry. (~2 hrs on-site, includes multi-cycle UV-C with lamp repositioning). 3. Combo: Aids (Trailer Load) & UV-C Room (Up to 600 sq ft): • Our most comprehensive solution for one resident space. Combines both the 'Personal Aids - Trailer Load' treatment AND 'UV-C Room Disinfection' during a single visit for maximum value and convenience. (~3-3.5 hrs on-site). Important Preparation: • Trailer Items: Must be reasonably clean and free of loose debris. • UV-C Room Treatment: Room must be unoccupied. Surfaces should be clear of clutter and pre-dusted for best UV-C efficacy. We'll coordinate access with your staff. Booking & Custom Plans: Online booking is available for the options above. For multiple rooms, larger rooms (>600 sq ft), additional trailer loads, or ongoing service plans for your facility, please call us or use the contact form on our Fresh Start page for a free consultation. Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Fresh Start Mobile Sanitizing & Odor Eliminator Service! To provide you with the best service and secure your dedicated appointment time, please review our booking policy: 1. Securing Your Appointment & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your appointment slot for all our services, whether at our office or your location. The specific deposit amount will be clearly indicated during the booking process and will be applied towards your final service cost. 2. Rescheduling Your Service: We understand that plans can sometimes change. You may reschedule your appointment online with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your original scheduled service time. Your non-refundable deposit will be conveniently transferred to your new appointment date. 3. Cancellations & Late Rescheduling: • All deposits are non-refundable. • If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service time, or failure to be present/provide access for a scheduled mobile service at your location, may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This is because we allocate dedicated time and resources for your booking which often cannot be refilled at short notice. 4. Our Commitment: We strive to provide timely and effective sanitizing and odor elimination services.
