In a concentrated 2-hour session, our powerful ozone, UV-C, and PCO system permanently eliminates smoke, pet, food, and musty odors from your car, truck, semi-cab, or SUV. We also deeply sanitize upholstery, carpets, and air systems, tackling unseen germs for a truly fresh and hygienic ride. What This Fixed-Price Mobile Service Includes: • Complete on-site deodorization and sanitization of your vehicle's interior. • Treatment of the HVAC system (cabin air filter should be replaced by owner post-treatment for optimal results). Suitable for most cars, trucks, semi-cabs, and SUVs with typical odor and sanitizing needs within our service area. Preparation for Your On-Site Appointment: • Please remove all personal belongings, loose items, and trash from the interior and trunk. • Ensure surfaces are free of excessive loose dirt or debris. Our service focuses on odor elimination and sanitization, not heavy physical cleaning, detailing, or stain removal. • The vehicle must be unoccupied during the entire treatment and subsequent brief aeration period. We will need access to the vehicle in a suitable outdoor or well-ventilated space (like an open garage). Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Fresh Start Mobile Sanitizing & Odor Eliminator Service! To provide you with the best service and secure your dedicated appointment time, please review our booking policy: 1. Securing Your Appointment & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and reserve your appointment slot for all our services, whether at our office or your location. The specific deposit amount will be clearly indicated during the booking process and will be applied towards your final service cost. 2. Rescheduling Your Service: We understand that plans can sometimes change. You may reschedule your appointment online with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your original scheduled service time. Your non-refundable deposit will be conveniently transferred to your new appointment date. 3. Cancellations & Late Rescheduling: • All deposits are non-refundable. • If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled service time, or failure to be present/provide access for a scheduled mobile service at your location, may result in the forfeiture of your deposit. This is because we allocate dedicated time and resources for your booking which often cannot be refilled at short notice. 4.
